96 Blazer wont start!!

Just had to change the lower intake gaskets, got everything put back together and now it just turns over. I can hear it misfire, but doesn't really act like its trying to start. I have a 96 4.3 vortec

Any help is very much appreciated. I haven't been able to drive it for almost 2 weeks now!

Did you set the dist rotor to no 1 cyl on TDC compression stroke.
Make sure you are on compression stroke by removing plug and feeling at plug hole for compression.

You are welcome.
Thanks for posting back how it went.
Glad you got it going.
And do not forget to check and set camshaft retard degrees.
Good Luck
