Look what Wal Mart now sells.

Noticed that Wal Mart has recently started selling these. Now I've seen it all .

Hmm..... "not sold in stores". Gee, why not?

I liked the "Regal Wide Body" model...... for when the lid simply won't close on the regular model.... even with all the pall bearers standing on it.

A cabinet-maker buddy of mine plans to make his own casket..... and use it as a coffee table until the time comes.

Re: Look what Wal Mart now sells.

I've used their "site to store" option to buy something online, not normally carried as regular stock in the store and have it shipped directly to the store to be picked up by me. I was thinking, could you imagine going this route and picking up the casket and lugging it through the store to your vehicle. Can you imagine the looks by other customers? :
I noticed most of the caskets start at about 200+ lbs. no wonder they need multiple pall bearers, just to carry an empty coffin
These are shipped Fed Ex. I can only imagine the look on your neighbors faces when they deliver one to your house, or the driver themselves.

True. I was a pallbearer at my father-in-laws funeral. Now, he was just a little guy, but the casket weighed so much, I was convinced they filled it with rocks!

Run out to meet the truck in a lab coat, carrying a bone saw, and yelling in an Igor (the character, not the admin) voice "Its arrived! It's Arrived"

Better yet, run out to meet the truck with a bib, and a knife and fork in each hand. That should give the neighbors something to talk about.
