I've read alot here about the window catching on the way up. I also used silicone spray and it does help with window movement up and down. It moves free-er. On the way down is no problem. On the way back up is when it catches the rubber because it leans forward about an inch, just enough to disrupt the tracking and buckle the rubber guides.

This door has been apart many times. There isn't anything broken inside or worn, that I can tell visually. Everything looks normal, but it isn't. I am wondering, if it sags forward on the upward path, could it mean that the pwer window motor is shot and sloppy? There isn't anything else that would make it do this. Anyone else have this annoying occurrence even after spraying silicone?

In my experiences with a similar issue, I opted to change the motor a couple of times. Does the window ever get to a point where it stops completely on the way up? If you've tried silicon spray, which works remarkably, taken the door apart, and observed the tracks, I'd definitely check the motor. Check the teeth on the gears on the motor and make sure none of the teeth are broken. I've also had success in using garage door grease and getting in there and basically lubing up any and all parts related to window function. Removing and replacing the motor is pretty easy --- it's basically a matter of un-screwing a couple of bolts and aligning up the teeth. Before purchasing a motor, however, be sure to grease all parts and see if that makes a difference.
