1991 Camaro RS. Fan Problem

Is The radiator fan supposed to be on all the time? Or is it on a thermal switch?

it will be on a thermal switch. depending on the engine, the fan should come on somewhere between 215-220 degre. if your ac works. fan should come on when the ac, or defrost is on.
