wont start

im still having a problem getting my car to start.97 deville. good fuel presure new plugs,good spark to pluges.. but no fuel injecter pules what can i check.fusesfor injector are good. i have another PCM from a other 97 deville can i just put it in and see if that will work and do i need to change the chip .
