1999 Taurus with trans leak
We just picked up a 1999 Taurus with just over 33,000 miles on the odometer.
I knew there was a transmission leak, but it is much more that I had expected. The leak is coming from between the oil pan and the transmission housing. What is the best solution for this fix? Is there a seal between the engine and transmission that needs replacing or reconditioning? Will a "stop leak" product help? Any input will be a great help. Thanks in advance!

Re: 1999 Taurus with trans leak
The pump seal might be bad and the torque converter might need replaced at the same time
