Exclamation 1998 Express Cranks but no Start

Hey yall,
I have a 1998 3500 5.7l Express, I parked it the other night and in the morning it would crank but won't start.
Has Spark
Replaced Fuel Filter.
I tested the fuel pressure and it jumps right to 60 psi.
I replaced the Crank sensor, cam sensor and distributor rotor.
I've tried to spray starter fluid down the intake and it has no effect.
Shows no codes on reader.
While cranking it sometimes will "kickback" or burp out vapor and air from the intake manifold out through the airbox.
Distributor rotor does turn while cranking, ruling out the timing chain?
If anybody has any ideas they'd be greatly appreciated, this one has me really stumped
Thanks, Kevin

I would suspect a stretched timing chain. Rotate it by hand appx. 60 degrees past top dead center. Rotate it back to TDC remove the distributor cap use white out and mark rotor tip. Then roll the engine by hand until the rotor just starts to move. If your much past 20 degrees the chain is stretched.

Also confirm good hot spark to all plugs.
And good fuel pressure.
You need 64-65 lbs of fuel pressure engiune cranking on a cold start to squirt injectors.

How long is the timing chain in the vortec engine typically good for?

To save on high jacking post fees.
Best to start a new Tread on that and give all info.
Year make and model and engine and mileage.
