I'd have to agree with Rgacke, the t3/t4 is a great turbo set-up for dual-cam drag cars, but for the d15b*, you'd really not need more than a t25 I am thinking. I am building a similar set-up for my EF, it will be built on the JDM d15b vtec that I am putting in while I take out my ZC to build it on the stand, but after I put the ZC back in, I am going to run the t25 on there.
Now, to answer your question about whether or not it will "work" with your engine, any turbocharger can be made to work with any engine, it's all about how you plan and execute your install. *which chassis do you have your d15b vtec in?
