Need help! 95 silverado 305 tbi running rich

Hi my 95 chevy truck 2wd 305 tbi is running like crap about a year ago i stopped at a stop sign and without warning it started boggin and idling rough i let it sit and it was fine untill it warmed up or after ten mins of driving and now it does it as soon as you start it cold or warm it almost sounds like a miss and its surging from 900-1300 rpms but stays running check engine code says its running rich and after i shut the motor off some white smoke comes from the tbi with the air cleaner off its not alot but its there i replaced the o2 the iac throttle pos temp sensor and map plugs and wires are newer i would appriciate any help you can give me thx

the TBI may need to be repaired leaking fuel...

Only way to get the gaskets for the throttle body is buy the rebuild kit for it.
