Help w/part removal, outside window weatherstrip

The weatherstrip on the outside of the side windows...the ones that always peel and turn silver.
I poped off the interior panels and got the screw out of both sides...judging by the new ones that's all that holds them on but that fucker's still on there and wont budge.
help appreciated and the sooner the better...its supposed to rain tomarrow
