Torque Convertor 93 toyota corolla

Ok hi guys how are you!
Well i have a problem that i can't find anywhere. I have remove everthing in the engine expect for the block with the pistons. as i removed 4 or 5 bolts from the transmission. the block moved away from the transmission but it seems the that torque convertor is getting stuck from some where that i don't know. Im using a cherry picker and it moves sideways but you hear this clunk like the torque convertor is hit something.. any ideas.
