Heat from Front
Hi Guys
I am sure this problem has been reported already, and an answer given, but I can not find it I am having no heat from front vents in my 2003. Heat from back works fine. There is also a clicking noise coming from under the dash, as if something is trying to open. All doors are working fine. I can get air to defrost, vents, footwell etc. As I said, the clicking noise increases when trying to move front heat control from hot to cool or cool to hot. I have a funny feeling this clicking noise is related to the front heat issue, just cannot put my hands on what is causing it. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Hope it is not a huge job. Thanks for any help |

Re: Heat from Front
do a search for blend door actuator motor. I have a 2000 and just replaced the motor. About a 20 min job.

Re: Heat from Front
Yes, the blend door actuator is the problem. It's located behind the center bezel. You should remove the bezel and the radio to have access.
