antifreeze over front part of engine

i noticed my truck was steaming from the front so i stopped and checked it out and i noticed antifreeze on my battery,intake,fan,and some pulleys.
my truck was not over heating just losing coolant.where could this be.and how could it get to my battery and intake.

Water pump, radiator, hoses, intake gasket (4.3).

i looked at the truck while it was running to see if i could see a leak and i noticed way at the bottom of the radiator was dripping fluid,but when i turned off the truck it stopped.if there was a hole at the bottom wouldnt it leak even if the truck was off.and could they develop holes in the radiator.
