I think my Silhouette is possesed

Started friday night. Drove fine all day. Went to football game. 20-30 minutes later went out to run to the school and it wouldn't turn over. I assumed it was the passkey issue. It has happend before. I tried the reset but no luck. Had it towed home. When I got it home it went nuts. Put key in and I get a static sound that sounds like it is coming from dash behind the guages. Also the guages will all twitch up a bit. Static will continue a bit after you pull the key out. The dome lights will come on but dim and will start flashing. Everything else is dead (windows, radio...)

My battery is new (Interstate - this spring), but the voltage is reading 11.5. I may have drained it a bit trying to restart. Jumping the battery did not help. The starter is not turning (before it went nuts).

Anyone had anything like this before? I have never.

Does this sound like a fried computer?

Can this be done at home, or is this a shop job?

Thanks
Scott
