77 seirra carb

I have rebuilt a 2 barrel carb on a friends '77 GMC pickup. It has been a long time since I have worked on a carb. I really enjoyed it. However, I can't remember the number of turns on the needle jets. Is it 1½ revolution or is that for Fords? Like I said it has been a long time.
Thanks,
Steve

Bottom, gently, the idle srews, back out 1.5 turns, get a vacuum gage on it and final adjust to the best vacuum readings, every engine is different.
