Dual carb integra, chugging and cutting out.

Hi, im new to this site... i have just bought a honda integra 92" its a 1.6 16V dual carb... the car sounds terrible though, the carbs need some serious TLC, the engine is 100% otherwise. Can anyone give me some help on how to sort this problem. Ive tried spraying the carb cleaner down into the intake but its not enough, theyre just too backed up for that.

If i need to take them off i would really appreciate a walk through, i know there is 2 caps on the top of the carbs so im gonna remove them tonight and have a look, the screws are just hard to get off. So hope ya's can help me
