Headlight fuse?

Between both fuse sets like the under the hood and just inside the drivers door.... I cant find a fuse for headlamps. the manual says number 10, which turns out to be tail lights. All my lights work.. brights, tail, fog, etc, except my actual headlights.. whats the deal?

Re: Headlight fuse?

You check the fuse panel on the passenger side? (If there is one, I don't remember if mine did or not).
