Electrical Nightmare-Heater works rear wiper
 About the worse thing that can happen when the snow starts, my son's 2000 focus has lost its heater blower. When he turns to any blower speed the rear wiper comes on and the dash lights slightly dim. Anyone have ANY ideas where these two circuits can cross? Engine heat alone won't even defog his windshield. Thks from a worried dad!
