Beautiful model. The chosen color I really like, is very typical of that era. The details of the body are very precise, and the paint is well applied. I guess your Beetle is the Tamiya's kit.
I did the same beetle, but in a version of Herbie. I made some modifications to look like the model 1963. I leave some photos. Regards artist! Edwing ![]() ![]() ![]()

Many thanks, dear friends! It is very pleasant to read good responses for my model! This car of firm Hasegava, 1/24. Built it 4 months. The body paint stole up from the original catalogue of colours VW. Polished with components 3М.

Very realistic, I like the colour, and if you achieved the black between the wings and the doors by heating and stretching the plastic sprues that is very impressive!
