lambo startup problems

ok so i just bought a 04 gallardo and when i first started it up the engine was like rawwrrr it was intense. but after i took off i hurd alot of scratching and stuff and squeaks is it possible raindeer antlers could be stuck in the engine becuz chrismas is right around the corner and my friend told me a ranindeer could have crashed into it at the dealership and lodged its antlers in there. is this theory true because i am very scared now and am thinking about returning it.
