Tree sap and paint jobs
I have a fire engine red silverado and it got drops of pine sap on the paint job from those damn trees in massachutes. I've tried goo gone and a bunch of others from wal mart and parts stores nothing works i need some advice my truck looks like shit.

Id like to see but pictures but if its in just one area, you can sand that area with 400 and blend the paint and then blend the clear.

Well I'm not looking to sand on it at all i would like to use a sovent of some kind maybe something from a body shop but i don't know what to get so any ideas on that?

See if you can find any TR-3 wax/body resin. I have to get it from the local parts store. It has worked for me in the past on removing all kinds of problems. Worth a try.

Release-all brand solvent, sometimes hot water if it is not too thick, sprayway cleaner works sometimes, anything that will dissolve resin. It is a good idea to not leave the sap on the painted surface for too long since it is composed of volatile compounds which will eat through clear just like bird feces. If all else fails, use a heat gun or hairdryer CAREFULLY, so that the sap heats up to point where you can remove with a rag.

Try rubbing alcohol. The sooner the better. If it bakes in the sun it will get very hard and brittle. You may be able to use a razor blade at this point to chip it off.
Keeping it waxed will help down the road
