car is swaying like crazy

before i had my camber kit installed my car stuck good around turns but now that the camber is installed the thing sways like crazy. i have a strut bar in the back but none in the front. would a strut bar cure that problem?? i don't like the feel of it at all. i can tell i would get into a accident easily if i was going fast and i had to swerve for some reason, i know i would lose control. any advice would be appreciated.

front strut bar might help.. also look into getting some thicker sway bars for the front and rear

that should help, also a lil negtive camber isnt too bad for cornering

A strut bar won't affect body roll.

what do you mena by swaying?
if you mean body roll, or tilting to the side when going around a corner, then you may need stronger struts/shocks
if you mean a slight shaking side to side then a strut tower bar and other supports to stiffen up the body might help
if you mean shaking up and down, or forward and back, then you might have brake shudder and warped rotors

please explain cause there could be many causes and many solutions.

No.

I assume you lowered the car too. Did you have the toe checked (front and rear). That being off would make the car nervous under cornering.

i had the car lowered with neuspeed race springs and it still handled great. then when i put the camber kit on it got all fucked up. its almost like it floats and has body roll. i don't like it at all. its hard to keep control of. it has something to do with that camber kit.

check your upper balljoints/get the camber adjusted right and go get the car aligned

that should take care of it

why would changing the camber effect body roll? I would think there would have to be a problem somewhere else that didn't show up because of the way the wheels were oriented.

This might be pointless and stupid, but here it is.
I had a pair of Goodyear Eagle GAs on the front. When I got the second set several months later, I had them move the front wheels to the back, and put the new tires on the front. The car handled great before I got there, and when I left, it had all of the disquieting traits you described. If I swerved into another lane on the highway, the car wanted to do an extra swerve after I was finished. I drove it to work once, cursing the whole way.
Once I got there, I put the slightly used tires back where they had been for 17,000 miles, on the front, and moved the new ones to the rear. Worked fine, and that's the way I've left it.
No, I did not have the directional orientation wrong.
So: did you change which tires/wheels were on the front when you had this work done?
Flunky

PS-
I looked at the item you described. It's primarily intended to keep your wheels from jumping up and down during the kind of accelleration you only get while drag racing a fwd car with SERIOUS power. I don't think your problem can be helped by a strut bar of any sort. I'm betting something is out of adjustment in your suspension somewhere.

It could be a tire pull, but you would have noticed that prior to the alignment. Before you put the camber kit on you had negative camber which to a certain point will help the car to corner, now when it was aligned with the camber kit they probally put it to like -0.5 degree of camber, which will affect the cornering a bit by putting it back into the stock range. The body roll, i have no explanation for, get bigger swaybars.
