vacuum leak

I have a vacuum leak on a 2000 deville, replaced all o2 sensors and map sensor and maf sensor, still have problem. code is 0171 can anyone help?

Welcome to AF, what makes you think the code is caused by a vacuum leak, it says lean exhaust, other things can cause this. Low fuel pressure, dirty injectors ,air entering behind the maf are some possibilities.
