Valve cover change is killing me

I am at a loss on what to do at this point. I managed to get the passenger side cover and gasket changed.

But, I can't even get the drivers side off because of the damn AIR pump pipe coming out of the exaust manifold. I mean, I don't care, I'll remove the AIR pump, but the bolt is SO stuck in there, nothing is getting it out..

Tried penetrating oil, didn't work. Tried vice grips, just ground away at the bolt. Tried BENDING the pipe so I can atleast change the cover, oh boy did that not work out, see, now that little pipe is CRIMPED.

use a small propane touch and heat up these air pipe fasteners...lets say the pipe gets broken ..no problem these pipes are available as up in the rust belt they rust thru ..

when they rust out the pipes are cut then a socket goes over the heated pipe fitting for removal..
