03 center console armrest lid

I have an 03 1500 with a full center console and I am looking for an armrest lid. I am installing a radio and siren head since I am a Fire Chief. I need to dremel out the inside lid so my radios will fit with the armrest down. My local dealer told me it would cost $100 or so just for the lid, where can I get a used or an after market one?
