Steel Wheels

Hi, I want to put snow tires on my Equinox and want to know what steel wheel will fit. I would think some other GM model would fit. Anyone know of a site that shows the interchange or what other wheels would fit.

Thanks

Re: Steel Wheels

Wheels from a Saturn Vue will fit for sure and they are 16 X 6.5". If you have 17" wheels now your speedo might be inaccurate with the smaller steel wheels but they will work. Steel wheels were available on the Saturn Vue and the Chevy Equinox.

The steel wheels from the 2000-2005 Chevy Impala and 2004+ Pontiac Grand Prix & Buick LaCrosse will fit as well. They are also 16" wheels and are MUCH more plentiful in junkyards.

If you go to www.car-part.com you should be able to find some used steel wheels near you.
