Question Hardwired V1, false alarm on 330

Had dealer hardwire Valentine 1 in my 330Ci. It's mounted to the right side of the rear-view mirror - auto rain sensor. Also have a remote display on the cluster panel on dash. At low rev acceleration, it routinely gives what I call a false alarm. Anyone heard of such a problem or more importantly, what can be done?
