99 SSEI Help

99 SSEI Bonnie, lacks power at drive speed. Idles fine though. I hit the gas bogs down and doesnt want to go. I have changed the fuel pressure regulator, the fuel filter, coil packs, ignition control module. i have checked fuel pressure and vacuum pressure both are good. No check engine light comes on. Go figure. The wires and plugs are good. I did however change the crankshaft sensor and harmonic balancer last year. It came from autozone and was a doorman. I was told those went out in like 6 months in ideas. Well any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks Tommy
Oh I am aslo selling a 88 GTA Trans Am Notchback.

Re: 99 SSEI Help

Check the exhaust system back-pressure and see if you are within specs..

are you absolutely sure your fuel pressure is within specs under load? Also this fuel pump has a fuel pump control module ...

Re: 99 SSEI Help

You might want to look at your MAF sensor. Mine was bogging at highway speeds and miss awful bad at full throttle.
I pulled my sensor out and sprayed it with electrical contact cleaner and noticed an improvement.
So I went ahead and replaced it with even better results.
