Re: Radio Harness Question

If you're preparing to replace the radio, the secret of your success will be in the adapter harness for the new radio. Had good luck with the installation kit I got from Crutchfield (didn't need a harness) for my 98 Ranger. They, like others, have consultants you can chat or call to help with the installation. Probably help if you buy something from them. Good luck.

Scrapped the idea of changing like for like (except for 99 to 97) and just purchased a new radio. Come to find out the AMPS for the factory radio were gonner so I rewired the speakers ad walla!!!!! Great sound now.
