1995 eclipse 420a turbo AEM F/IC

i have the 30-1910 piggyback for tuning for boost. it works pretty well ( for a piggy back) but when i go to start the car, it has about a 4 second cranktime before it fires.

i checked my duty cycles while cranking and there at 0% untill it starts then they jump to 3%

When i have the bypass plug installed, this problem does not exist.

i dont know if aybody is using aem fuel controller but i dont know why this is happening.

also, when under boost, what are your guys maximum duty cycle variations? i already know i need new injectors (still have the stock ones) because anything over 6 psi of boost 2 injectors will be at 65% on at 70% and the other near 90%. they bounce all over the place. but is a 1-2% difference acceptable?
