low idle escort zx2

ok so i replaced my timing belt on my zx2 2.0 in doing so we had to remove the troddle positioner i think thats whats its called now it idles very low and its very hard to put it in gear help please

Welcome to AF!

Not sure what you are talking about. Is it the the throttle position sensor? The crankshaft position sensor? If you had your belt changed most likely the throttle position sensor is not set right. Take it to a shop and have them investigate it. It is just a minor problem which won't cost an arm and a leg to get fixed. I'm glad you got your timing belt replaced. They stop cold in the water when the belt breaks. ~Dave~
