could it be my starter

i have a 1999 jimmy wont start getting fuel fine cranks but wont turn over did the same thing a couple days ago finaly started but now it wont start could it be my starter every thing else is fine.

Little confused, If the engine "cranks" that tells me that the starter is turning the engine crank etc. So it can't be the starter. If the engine is not cranking then it could be the starter.

Sounds to me like the engine is cranking and the problem is no spark. Check a spark plug wire for spark. If not could be in the distributor (bad rotor) or Coil - work your way back.
