1996 Suburban K1500 Rear Shock Removal.

I am the only owner and I am trying to change the Shocks on the rear. There is one bolt at the top of both Shocks that won't come out. They just spin and do not come out.

Am I missing something on how to remove these bolts?

Both bolts have nuts on them. Once the nuts are off the bolts should come out.
