06 Express Cargo Trainy Fluid recommendation

Hey, crew.
My name is Paul. I have 06 Express Cargo with 4.8 Vortec. It has 85000 mi and I would like to change oil in trainy, but don't know what oil to get and what would be the best stuff money can buy, cause $4,200 to rebuild trainy can buy alot of oil changes, (my brother just got his done)

I don't know what brand would be the best, syntetic vs regular, additives or not.

Any advise would help.

PS
I am in States.

Thanks

Re: 06 Express Cargo Trainy Fluid recommendation

Any fluid that is Dexron VI meets the latest and highest standards. As long as the fluid is Dex VI whether Valvoline, Castrol, etc. you'll be ok. I would recommend getting an A/C Delco filter kit.

Re: 06 Express Cargo Trainy Fluid recommendation

Thanks.
I just found out that in order to change firlter in trainy, I have to take off an exhaust. Bummer.

Thanks again.

Any idea if Libro Molly makes oil that would work for Chevy Trainy?
