Bypassing Factory Amp

I have a 00 Mitsubishi Eclipse with premium inifinty sound system. My amp is fried and i have removed it. i have purhased a new head unit and want to install it but keep the factory speakers. How do I bypass the amp to use the new head unit with the factory speakers? I know there is a harness but don't really want to buy it. Does anyone know the code colors to cut the inputs and splice with the outputs?

L/F: + white/blue, - black/blue
R/F: + white/red, - black/red
L/R: + yellow/blue, - green/blue
R/R: + yellow/red, - green/red

center speaker: + orange/blue, - brown/red

Those are the speaker wire colors at the amplifier. There is a DIN cable that goes from the radio to the amplifier, the radio does not directly control the speakers.
