Need hekp wont go in gear on cold start

My car wont go into gear in cold start every morning if i park it in a hot place it will but if its in the garage when i try to shift from park into d it wont go i have to wait for the car to heat up anyone had this issue .i replaced the solonoid and all on the brake pedal still nothing something thats turn hot and cold 1995 CUTLASS SUPREME

If the fluid is full and no dr engagement cold, more than likely this is an internal pressure loss in the unit, it will need an overhaul.
