I offer two notes: 1) Your title should be more descriptive to help people that are reading more quickly determine if they can help. 2) Since your question is for a specific vehicle, it should be posted in the appropriate vehicle's forum. That way those that are experienced with that vehicle can help.

help
my 99 chevy blazer does not want to start when the motor sits for a while and cools down and when it does it runs irate for roughly 20 minutes but straightens itself out.
