95 dakota extended cab - leaking on drivers side when rains

OK, I have a 95 dakota extended cab. In the past few weeks when it rains the floor on the drivers side (under where the drivers floormat sits) is getting really wet. I can't figure out where the water is coming from. I have checked the door seal and it looks to be in great condition and sealing great. I'm stumped, and as the wife is having to drive it she isn't happy. Any ideas on where the leak could be coming from? Thanks for any ideas.
