2001 ford coupe cyl. #1 mis-firing

cyl. #1 is miss-firing I changed plugs and wires still mis-firing only cyl.#1 please help.

A misfire can be caused by other things than the ignition. Most likely you have a vacuum leak close to the #1 cylinder. Check all your vacuum hoses especially the ones that run from the PCV valve to the intake.
