missfiring

I have a miss-fire on cyl.#1 I changed plugs and wires all ready can the coil miss mire for only 1 cyl.

Welcome to AF!

When you take the ignition wire off #1 plug while the engine is running is there any change in RPM? Or... are you picking up a Diagnostic Trouble Code that #1 is misfiring?
It could be that there is a vacuum leak close to that cylinder on the intake or it could be that #1 cylinder doesn't have enough compression to fire. Perform a compression check.
Remote...,but is the plug gapped properly on that plug? Is the connector down securely on that plug?
