Golf 4 Projection Headlights

Hey!!!

Does anybody know where I can find those European looking Triple Round Projection Headlights and if they are Street Legal here in the United States ? And tell me if you like them and if you don't know what they look like, I'll put up a picture.

I know that Hella, the OE supplier for VW makes them. should be able to find them at most VW shops.
