Control Unit Supply?

I just replaced my crankshaft position sensor which was indicated on my BavAuto fault code reader. Now that it is no longer an issue the car still will not start, now reading that the control unit supply is the fault. I've looked al over my Bentley manual for the term (CUS) and it nowhere to be found. Could this be my DME / ECM acting up?
