IS300 Chicago Meet - 2009

During the weekend there was an IS300 meet in Chicago. My boy drives the black one with the yellow front plate. I was supposed to bring the Talon out there but ended up blowing her up the weekend before.

I'm really digging the silver one w/ all the stickers. Looks like a good meet, how many showed up?

That day we had about 20 or so there. It was a whole weekend event, we only there for Saturday morning/afternoon.

The Silver one with the stickers is a beast. Over 500hp daily, over 700hp track. You'll see the pics in teh thread.

Amazingly, it's more popular than you might think. I really didn't know much about this car until my boy bought one. Since I'm his "mechanic and tuner" I have to do a lot of reading. It seems like only certain areas are big into these. In the past year, I now have 3 friends who have bought an IS300 and in my hood where all the racing and ricing goes on, there's about 10 IS's that are modded.
