94 civic Lx, Need engine swap help

I have a 94 civic Lx 4-dr a/t. I want to do an engine swap, and this is the first time I' ve tried on a fwd car. I'm getting a b16a from a friend. It comes with the engine, m/t tranny, and ecu. What else do I need to complete the job. P.S. I need to do it fast as my d15 is toast.
