Question 91 Caprice intake gasket replacement

I have a 91 Caprice wagon with a 305. There is a pretty bad oil leak from the back of the intake manifold, and now I've noticed it leaking in front as well. I'm going to change the intake gaskets, but does anyone have any tips or tricks for removal/installation and making sure it doesn't leak again. Is there anything else I should do to the motor while the intake is off? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

those seals are a problem..the metal must be clean with a good degreasing cleaning solvent and dry before applying..the solvent I use is just paint thinner...the block may have machining cut marks that need a little extra sealant..let the sealant setup for 1 hr , then install the intake..this way little will get pushed out,,less chance of the leaking..

normally this condition is caused by excessive crankcase vapors,,usually a pluged PCV/crank ventillation condition.
