02 Grand Caravan --dashlights & turn signal problems

When I use my turn signal or hazard lights, the lights and guages on my dashboard go out. I took my van to the dealer and they told me it is the wiring harrness $ 2000.00 plus Labor. "OK NOT happening"
I took it home replace the battery and the cable ends. Now my gauges works and my turn signal work but not out side my van. sence I replace my battery and cables my dash light, door locks, ac button,dome light inside do not work. Oh now I have a abs, brake, trac off light on now.

The Dealer left wiring harness off. i just plugged it back in.
