07 Tundra Fuse Block problem

I have a fuse block problem. My plow guy tapped into my fuse block from the outside and burnt out the wiper fuse location. My wiper fuse will not make contact and therefore my wipers are not functional. The dealer told me it would $1100 to replace the fuse block. Is there something else I can do other than replace the entire fuse block? It appears everything else works and only the wipers were affected. Can the fuse block seperate and possibly be repaired?
Thanks for your help

Re: 07 Tundra Fuse Block problem

Contrary to what two Toyota dealers explain to me the fuse block does come apart. 5 pieces later I identified the pin that was over gapped. I simply closed the pin using needle nose pliers and then put back together. All is fine now.
