03 expedition nav/stereo removal

Hi Guys
My nav has a cd error message(won't read the disc). I would like to take it out to clean the laser beam.Any help on how to get this type out

this unit has a tv like screen with no slots for the u removal tool. Does anyone know how to get it out. My nav system isn't working ( cd read error). I would like to try and clean the laser beam if that is possible or get it replaced.Thanks

remove knee bolster and front dash cover to expose radio 4 7mm's to remove then unplug
