91 Buick LeSabre

I just bought a 1991 Lesabre with low mileage for a real good price. The issue it has is that with the fan on high no air comes out the vents, or very little as in almost none. Has anyone had the same problem? What was the fix? BTW the fan is running just no air into the cab. Thanks
Fred.

Usually this is caused by a vacuum leak either at the manifold, check valve or reservoir mounted on the firewall. Do you have air flow through the defrost vents?

Just minimal air thru the others as well. The damper seems to switch over.

Sounds like you may have a clogged evaporator. Do a search for "evaporator" and you will find some good threads on the subject. Click Here & Here for a couple of them.
