97 GTP firing orders
Ok, I am getting ready to change my coil packs and checking that my firing order is correct before I start.
Right now it has the motor 2,4,6 rear and 1,3,5 in front attaching to the coils how the numbers on the coils read 6 3 2 5 4 1 I am looking in my Chiltons manual and it shows the coils should fire 5 2 3 4 1 6 Of course the new coil packs do not show numbers on them and one of these are obviously wrong. Can someone direct me to the correct order they need to be in?

Re: 97 GTP firing orders
After numerous websites and a failed autozone order due to the margins not being the same size as their receipts. I had my wife run to Autozone on her way home to get a printout and it shows the same order as what is on the car now.
I did go ahead with that order and it seems to be working |

Re: 97 GTP firing orders
So, was the chiltons correct, or was your cars coil packs swapped around?
